SweetHeat agreed to a reversal of charges after their event was finished but did not reimburse me.

This company is run by thieves who have no interest in fulfilling on agreements.They owe me $190.00 since February 2010 and I have not received payment nor can contact the owner and none of the "employees" can assist me because "they are not the ones' to talk to" regarding charges being reversed.

I've tried emailing, calling and filing a complaint with my credit card company but not even the credit card company was able to contact them.

So what now?I'm going to try filing a complaint with other companies including the FTC, BBB, consumer reports if not to get my money back but to at least ruin their name.
